The Merrion is often called the No. 1 hotel in Dublin. It has wonderfully spacious rooms and suites, with lots of natural light and luxury furniture and amenities. The indoor pool, spa, and gym are all impressive. The food is great, so it's no surprise that their restaurant was awarded 2 Michelin stars, which means ”Excellent cooking, worth a detour”. Merrion is perfectly located between two of Dublin's greenspots, and the hotel's own lovely green courtyard is very inviting. The prices are high, as you can imagine. Given the lack of any important drawbacks, if you can afford it, you should definitely book it. Aleksandr Siling

This is a very modern-looking hotel with sleek design, located right in the center of Dublin's nightlife, it's not a quiet area at all. However, if you want to have fun in Dublin, Morgan is the perfect hotel. It isn’t cheap though, but well worth the price. The Morgan is a great place for young travelers who want a taste of Dublin's nightlife and a chance to stay in a chic hotel. The Morgan Bar is wonderful, don’t miss enjoying a cocktail there. Schoolhouse gives you a spacious room in a very nice high-quality hotel for a really reasonable price. The large Irish pub on site is an advantage, and it’s really quite popular with the locals. The vintage design is also charming. The location is not perfect since it is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, but the neighborhood is quiet as a result of this distance. Schoolhouse offers 31 comfortable air-conditioned guest rooms, each uniquely designed. The discreet, friendly staff provide round-the-clock service. Aleksandr Siling

This is the best hotel for those seeking an enjoyable stay on a small budget. The Victorian style design is charming, the quiet surroundings are ideal for a good night's sleep, and the city center with its beehive of constant activity is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The Roxford Lodge is one of the best economy hotels in Dublin, where friendly, helpful staff and caring management serve you. As an interesting feature, some of the rooms here have a private sauna. The breakfast prices are also very good. In fact, in some Dublin hotels, you would only get a cup of yogurt for the price of breakfast in Roxford. Aleksandr Siling

The Marker Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Superb score on Booking.com

This contemporary hotel located by the Dublin Grand canal features well-equipped rooms, luxury design, and beautiful furniture. Ask for a room with a view of the canal for some picture-perfect moments. A wonderful bar and restaurant can be found on the rooftop, the Marker's high-quality spa, a stunning 23-meter infinity pool and well-equipped gym add to the positive experience. Located in Dublin's new business and cultural quarter, the Marker is within walking distance, approximately 15-20 minutes away, from the usual tourist sites. Dmitrii Siling

InterContinental Dublin

by Fáilte Ireland Fabulous score on Booking.com

This building once housed the Four Seasons Dublin. While the Four Seasons is a very good brand, it seems that after changing hands with the InterContinental, this property only got better, it can happen sometimes that a new operator comes in and makes a few quick fixes. As one would expect from the InterContinental, this is a first-class hotel featuring comfortable rooms, high-quality bathrooms and amenities (all rooms come with I’Occitane toiletries), delightful food, and a great view from some rooms (ask for an upper floor). The spa and gym are also excellent. You’ll need to take a 10-minute taxi ride or use public transport to get to Dublin's city center, but the sea is a fifteen-minute walk; Herbert Park, located close to the hotel, is also really nice. InterContinental Dublin is a great choice for travellers seeking excellent facilities or a little pampering; and families with children come here in search of space and comfort. Dmitrii Siling

Radisson BLU Royal Hotel Dublin

by Fáilte Ireland Fabulous score on Booking.com

This is the perfect business class hotel and is an excellent choice for anyone who needs to be close to the city center (the hotel is a stone's throw from Dublin Castle) and requires top quality service. Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is located very close to Grafton Street and the Temple Bar area but in the calmer and more residential part of the city center. With Radisson's spotless quality, central location, spacious rooms and suites, luxurious baths and showers, it is sure to please. The hotel is clean, quiet, and unobtrusive. The rooftop terrace is very charming. The only disadvantage is that there is no spa or fitness area in the hotel. To make up for this, guests are given free access to a gym center nearby. The Merchant House

Superb score on Booking.com

Merchant House makes the perfect accommodation for a couple, especially as a honeymoon destination. Although it's a bit up-market, the prices are lower than those you'd expect to find at top hotels in the area. The design is authentic for a Georgian Dublin house. However, this stylish guesthouse in the heart of Dublin comes with a few rules. For one, kids cannot stay in your room. For another, pets are not allowed either. The cleaning service commands a separate fee. Since demand is high, it’s not easy to book these apartments, but it's worth a try. Dmitrii Siling

The Spencer Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Fabulous score on Booking.com

This marvelous hotel boasts a beautiful interior. The staff provide excellent service, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel also features a nice spa area, indoor pool, and a very good gym. You’ll need to walk along the River Liffey for about 10-15 minutes to reach the traditional tourist center, but I don't view this as a disadvantage. Be sure to ask for a room with a balcony and a river view for a first-class experience. The Spencer is ideal for families, but everyone will feel welcome here. And don’t get me started on the hotel's value for money as this is one of Dublin's best options. Dmitrii Siling

O'Callaghan Davenport Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Very good score on Booking.com

The O'Callaghan Davenport is based in a 17th century building at the heart of Dublin. The historic hotel offers comfortable rooms with all the amenities of a modern hotel, and it's less expensive that it looks. With 114 rooms, the Davenport is a large hotel, but it does have a boutique hotel feel to it. Overall, this hotel has a nice design, good food, spacious air-conditioned rooms, modern bathrooms with eco-friendly toiletries from BeeKind, and a convenient location. Davenport is an ideal hotel for those on a budget seeking a high-quality experience in a central location. Dmitrii Siling

Clontarf Castle Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Superb score on Booking.com

Clontarf Castle is Dublin's only castle hotel, it's history can be traced to a 12th century keep. The exterior hints at a medieval background, but the present building dates back to the 18th century. If you're seeking a high-quality hotel in Dublin that is not overpriced and offers a fine pub and restaurant, not to mention a bit of history, this is the perfect hotel for you. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, ideal for those who want to get away from the crowded streets of Dublin. The hotel is spotless and offers very reasonable prices. Clontarf Castle is just a short bus ride from Dublin city centre. Dmitrii Siling

Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport

by Fáilte Ireland Fabulous score on Booking.com

This is the ideal business hotel if you need to stay close to Dublin airport. It's also great for hosting conferences. You’ll be right next to Santry park, which is perfect for joggers, and the hotel has a very well equipped gym. The rooms are spacious, and the prices are very fair. The hotel also frequently offers special deals and discounts. If you travel to Dublin quite often on business, this could become your base camp in the city. The hotel also has a large car park and a free shuttle service to the airport. Dmitrii Siling

Waterloo House

by Fáilte Ireland Very good score on Booking.com

The houses here are beautiful, and the rooms are charming. The dining room looks out onto the garden. The location is quiet, peaceful, and green. Still, it will take about 20 minutes to walk to most tourist attractions in the city. The price is reasonable. On the other hand, the rooms are very modest in size, so check in advance if the room size suits you, but if you are not going to spend lots of time in the hotel and are travelling with little baggage, this might be a perfect spot in Dublin for you. Radisson BLU St Helen's Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Very good score on Booking.com

This magnificent hotel is just outside the city, featuring a wonderful garden and 40 acres of beautiful grounds. It is ideal for conferences and celebrations such as weddings, but it is also a great destination if you want to stay in a quiet, beautiful environment just to take a break and recharge. Dublin is also not far away (a 10-minute drive), and a car can be arranged for you by the hotel staff. The bus stop and a D.A.R.T. rapid railway station are really close as well. Most of the rooms have splendid views of the estate, and of course, the rooms with balconies are the best. Guests can exercise with free access to the hotel's modern gym. Dmitrii Siling

Kingfisher Townhouse

by Fáilte Ireland Very good score on Booking.com

Offering small apartments for an economic stay in Dublin, this hotel is not too far from the city center and is nice and clean, the staff is friendly. On the down side, the rooms are really small, so this is not a great place for families. It is, however, ideal for a short stay if you are on a moderate budget, want to stay in a central location (just a 2-minute walk from O’Connell Street), and don’t tend to spend much time in your room but prefer walking around the city and sightseeing. The Kingfisher restaurant, owned by the same family and located next door, is renowned for its excellent sea-food. Dmitrii Siling

The Harding Hotel

by Fáilte Ireland Fabulous score on Booking.com

Harding is located right in the center of Dublin. It is very close to the popular Temple Bar district, putting you within reach of everything you would ever want to see in Dublin, even if you're only here for a weekend. Those travelling without kids, on a short trip and on a budget will find it the ideal accommodation. But comparing to some other great hotel brands we have handpicked in Dublin, Harding is not a full-fledged hotel, so why is it on our website? Well, we love hotels that love their clients. If you’ve traveled around a bit, you’ve probably seen places that aren't highly priced and are conveniently located but the staff and management never seem to do much for their guests; their main intention is to occupy a space that is popular with tourists. Well, this cannot be said about Harding. The management seems to really care about their guests and staff. Here, you will be welcomed with a warm attitude and great service. With its central location in Dublin, high quality of service, and reasonable prices, why not choose Harding? Dmitrii Siling
